It is not a secret that market share for mobile devices is growing rapidly. Having many 5 star reviews is one of the main keys to be among the top 3 results. People used to ask their friends, neighbors, relatives, co-workers about reputable chiropractor in a town. Now Google Plus Local Pages and Yelp do this job. There are many other directories where your clients can review your services but they are not as important. As you have already figured it out that it is crucial to have great online reputation.
Next search results will be Yelp listing. Only one or two results will show up. Yelp reputation of your chiropractic office is as important as Google Plus Local Pages.

Your desktop Computer will have a different search result. First you will see more chiropractic listings which advertise with Google Ad Word. A list of Google Plus Local Chiropractic Pages will populate about 10 results or less depending on a size of a town you are in and how many chiropractic offices are in the area. The winner is always going to be a doctor with most 5 star reviews. The rest of the results are going to be pretty much the same.
As you can see mobile results are more competitive and require a local chiropractor to be on top of its game in order to gain a lion share of new chiropractic patients.
